Printed retail packaging
Custom printed folding cartons for cosmetics, accessories and retail products. Build a paperboard packaging brief around product fit, artwork and the way your team assembles and fills the pack.
Folding cartons use cut and creased paperboard that can be delivered flat and erected for filling. They provide a printable retail pack without the assembled volume of a conventional rigid box. The right construction depends on the product weight, required opening style and whether packing is manual or automated.
Work directly with HuaJia Packaging on a clear packaging brief. The approved quotation and physical sample define the material, construction and production requirements.

For products needing more bottom support, discuss a suitable locking or glued construction. Approve it with the actual product weight rather than assuming all carton bottoms perform alike.
A printed sleeve can work with a separate tray or existing container. Measure the finished item and test sleeve fit. Confirm whether the sleeve needs to retain anything or only carry branding.
Before requesting a quote
Compare like-for-like packaging. A useful quotation states the construction, material, print coverage, quantity and delivery basis. Confirm minimum order quantity, sample costs and lead time for the actual project.
Erect the sample and fill it as your packing team would. Check whether flaps close neatly, the bottom supports the contents and the printed panels face the intended direction. Watch for rubbing or scuffing during insertion. Review small text, barcodes and colour on the agreed stock. A retail carton may still need an outer shipping carton for distribution.
Record any agreed changes in the final specification. Keep the approved sample as the production reference and confirm the inspection requirements before the order is placed.
They are commonly supplied flat, often with a glued side seam. The exact delivery and assembly format depends on the selected construction and should be stated in the quotation.
It can suit projects prioritising flat storage and a printed retail presentation. Compare product fit, perceived presentation, packing labour and delivery volume before choosing.
An initial brief can use dimensions and reference images. Final artwork should be built on the approved dieline. Share colour and finishing requirements early because they affect the specification.
