Right-sized product mailers
Start with the packed product dimensions. Excess space can increase movement and parcel volume. Allow only the clearance needed for inserts, packing and easy product removal.

E-commerce and subscription packaging
Custom corrugated mailer boxes for e-commerce orders, subscription packs and branded deliveries. Discuss print placement, board specification and inserts with the actual shipping route in mind.
A mailer box combines a hinged opening with a corrugated structure. It can carry branding while organising the parcel, but the final specification must reflect the contents and delivery conditions. A box that looks good in a photograph still needs a loaded fit check and an appropriate transport test.
Work directly with HuaJia Packaging on a clear packaging brief. The approved quotation and physical sample define the material, construction and production requirements.

Start with the packed product dimensions. Excess space can increase movement and parcel volume. Allow only the clearance needed for inserts, packing and easy product removal.
Map every item and variation in the pack. An internal divider or insert can organise the contents. Check that the layout still works when a product size changes.
Decide where customers see the artwork and where carriers need labels. Confirm print coverage and the selected process on the proposed corrugated stock.
Before requesting a quote
Compare like-for-like packaging. A useful quotation states the construction, material, print coverage, quantity and delivery basis. Confirm minimum order quantity, sample costs and lead time for the actual project.
Assemble the sample, add the products and seal it using the planned method. Check movement, corner clearance, product removal and the space for a shipping label. Ask which distribution test is appropriate for the route and contents. Agree on acceptance criteria before production; a corrugated construction by itself does not guarantee damage-free delivery.
Record any agreed changes in the final specification. Keep the approved sample as the production reference and confirm the inspection requirements before the order is placed.
That depends on the contents, board specification, closure and delivery route. Some packs may need additional protection. Approve the complete parcel rather than assuming the mailer alone is sufficient.
Discuss inside and outside artwork when requesting a quote. The printable areas, process and colour expectations should be confirmed against the selected stock and dieline.
Use the same internal dimensions, board specification, print coverage, quantity and delivery basis. Include tooling, sampling, freight and packing format in the comparison.
Packed product dimensions and weight, quantity, print coverage, insert requirements, shipping route and destination.
Include your required delivery date. HuaJia can review the brief and confirm suitable options and a project-specific quotation.
Send the product details and target quantity to start a specification-based discussion.
